Before contacting us

Most problems are answered by the plugin's own Troubleshooting and FAQ pages. When you write, include:

1. The plugin and its version (Extensions → My extensions).
2. Your Shopware and PHP versions.
3. What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
4. The relevant log lines — each plugin's Troubleshooting page names its log file.

Never send secrets

Do not paste API keys, secret keys, webhook secrets, passwords or tokens into an email, ticket or chat — not even partially. Replace them with ***. If a key has been exposed, rotate it at the provider first.

Security issues

Report vulnerabilities privately by email, not in a public issue. Each plugin repository contains a SECURITY.md with the details.

Payment providers and other third parties

The Paystack and Flutterwave plugins are independent integrations, not affiliated with or endorsed by Paystack or Flutterwave; the same applies to the SMS providers. Questions about your provider account, settlements, fees, sender IDs or disputes go to the provider. Questions about how our plugin behaves in Shopware come to us.
